We have had to use Coop funeral care twice in the last 5 months and on both occasions they have been so kind and nothing has been to much trouble, all the team have been caring, courteous and so friendly and helpful, Michaela has been our main point of contact and she is delightful, truly caring and made us feel so special in what has been a truly terrible 2023. Thank you all for your kindness and being sympathetic to our needs at a truly difficult time, twice. We would have hesitation in recommending Saltash Coop Funeral care.

Michala, was very emphatic to my situation.
She took care of all my concerns and things I asked for her to do, she did.
Nothing was a hassle and she was always at the end of the phone if I needed to speak to her.
I knew my daughter was in good hands and would be treated with care and passion.
The funeral went extremely well with no problems.
Everything I asked for was taken care of and put in place.
Louise and Richard who drove my daughter in the hearse were passionate and understanding.
I couldn't have chosen a better funeral directors to give my daughter the send off she deserved.

This being the first experience of having to arrange a funeral was a daunting experience for us, but the professionalism of the staff couldn’t be faulted. 
From the first visit to the funeral service to the actual funeral, itself, the staff were very empathetic advising us and giving us time to reflect on our choices, making sure that we were completely satisfied with what we had chosen and giving us time to make any adjustments.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the Co-op to anyone who needed to avail themselves of their services.

The service I received was outstanding. Kind to me and compassionate care of my mum who passed away at Christmas 2022.

I was touched that the staff on the day wore Cornish ties. My mum would have loved that.

The service was very moving and being well organised helped make the day go so well and put my mind at rest.

We sadly had two funerals, my father died in December and my mother followed in January, for both these funerals the staff at Saltash were exceptionally helpful and empathetic. The staff in the office guided us through every aspect of the preparations and on both days the staff at the services made an effort to make it personal to each individual and our family. The Minister was introduced to us through the Saltash branch and was just the chap for the job. All involved made a very difficult time so much easier.

The service offered by both Michala at the Saltash branch of CF, and also Katie (Funeral Director) was excellent, and helped me a lot during a very difficult time with my Dad. 
Katie was incredibly warm, supportive and organised when it mattered on the day of the service, and for that I will always be grateful.

Perfect from start to finish.
There was nothing that me and my family felt could have been done better. 
From the great planning help from Michala, the guidance and order of service advice from Steve, to the on the day service from Louise. 
We couldn’t have asked for a better celebration of my husband’s life.
