Id score them excellent but they had very little to do and a very simple cremation only. However they were very informative and guided me through the process and explained what to expect of people such as the registrar. Thanks again. Rusty

Rob and his team were absolutely rock solid: reliable, kind, supportive, informative, and always there for us when we needed them. They made sense out of all the administrative and organisational complications of dealing with a bereavement, while at the same time allowing respectful space and gentle understanding for the family's grief.

My mums funeral was well organised by Rob and his team and a beautiful celebration of mums life was put together by Marion ( Celebrant. )
At such a sad time it was a comfort to know that mum was treated with heartfelt respect.
