Gary at Redruth was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all cared for with the upmost respect and care - Our family to my late Husband. We never felt rushed and he gently guided us with his knowledge.
My Husband was transferred to your Royal Wootton Bassett care home, as his service was held in Swindon, where I feel although they were fine, it felt more of a business in comparison to Redruth.

Gary & Elaine was very friendly when you could get direct dial to redruth! We found call center made life little frustrating at such upsetting time always nice just to deal with one person not having multiple trying to get hold of you made things very confusing at such difficult times!our appointment with gary at redruth was very good well explained and friendly after walking out of office service after wasn't the best we had no phone call to say date of cremation little frustrating couldn't give round about time direct cremation would be taking place! was a little sad to find out from other member of family who hadn't made arrangements Tommy cremation had taken place! Little unprofessional so sadly not sure I would deal with coop in future.

It’s always a very difficult time when someone dies, I can only give my experience, my mum planned that she wanted the co-op to provide her funeral, I was very impressed how from start to finish was a wonderful experience, they provided help , support and ideas, as it’s always very difficult subject and you are vulnerable trying to arrange what’s best. Yes we all know it’s a business, but just like any business if it is run professionally you get a good service and that’s what I got. After a few days I reflected on the day and as all the family attended was very impressed, it was just beautiful. Thank you.

Co-Op Funeralcare's dealings with regard to my friend Noel Murphy's cremation arrangements were everything and more than one could have wished. I would make particular mention of Gary Hackett whose sympathy, understanding and professionalism were exemplary.

Jenny’s funeral was handled with care and compassion from the first appointment through to the final cremation. The funeral director, Gary, was so caring and helpful at every stage and made the process so much less stressful than it might have been.

Gary was meticulous and supportive whilst we planned the funeral, keeping in regular contact to ensure the details reflected our wishes. On the day, Tim and his team were kind and unobtrusive, making no rush or fuss over arrangements and taking great care to ensure the funeral and burial went smoothly and at our pace.
