Scott Watters’ advice, help and guidance from our first telephone conversation while I was still in Australia, up until the funeral,   was invaluable.  He arranged all the necessary procedures and carried out his duties for my brother’s funeral in a professional manner.

Cornwall Funeral Services, where very professional and yet endearing when taking care of my mothers funeral needs. Nothing was too much trouble and they listened and fullfilled all of mothers wishes. Cornwall funeral services handled my grandfather funeral with love and care and the support was beautiful. From the moment my grandfather entered the care of Cornwall funeral services they had my full trust and that only got stronger. my grandad was a unique man and Scott and the team done everything to make his goodbye the best it could be.
we hope we don't have to plan any more funerals but if we do we know who we will be choosing.

The genuine compassion they showed both our family, and most importantly our dead relative, was something that all family members have commented on.

They were very helpful and professional and I feel I know them as friends.
They took care of every thing.
On reflection I would have liked to know the cost of some things before making decisions ie.cost of newspaper announcements and the oak box for ashes as that would have been changed.
I should of asked but I guess it's felt wrong to talk money at that time.
I would totally reccomend this company.

I can not Express how a difficult time was made easier by Scott and his team. We were not prepared with any funeral arrangements but Scott held our hand through the process and supported/advised us to make decisions to give dad the best send off. Scott came across professional from the beginning and at no point faltered on his promises. We saw dad at scotts chaple of rest and was happy to know he was being well looked after. I would suggest to anyone who is looking for the best service and support to go to them. All the team were fantastic. The driver that took us to the funeral had a great approach by being sympathetic but also keeping us smiling with his sense of humour. You could tell he picked up on our attitude as a family who although was finding it hard to hold it together tried to smile and laugh as that is what my dad would have wanted. There isn't enough thanks that my family can give them.

Scott and his team carried out a very professional service for our Mum.  We are very grateful for their efforts - especially as they went out of their way at the end of the burial to give 2 disabled/elderly mourners a lift to the wake as it was a little too far to walk. Highly recommended.

From that first phone call from Scott at Cornwall Funeral Services I felt kindness and was given sound advice.
I found that the whole way through that nothing was too much problem, and made to feel like I was their only client.
Even though our funeral was slightly out of their comfort zone being in Surrey!
The challenge of dealing with a non local Crematorium and Funeral Director didn’t seem to phase them.
On the day I felt a huge comfort of them being there and knew that I could trust that the day would run smoothly.
I felt supported the whole way through and any challenge or diversity was dealt with.
I would not hesitate in recommending Cornwall Funeral Services.
