My dear lovely dad passed away at the start of the coronavirus pandemic, while I was in the USA with my mum who was having open heart surgery and contracted Covid19 in hospital. It was an impossible situation, needing to be in two continents thousands of miles apart, but Cornwall Funeral Services helped us so much and made the impossible possible. They navigated the time difference, arranged many things that were probably outside of their remit and generally acted with upmost compassion and care. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. The service Cornwall Funeral Services provided for dad was incredible and impeccable. Their professionalism and tact throughout a difficult process was only rivaled by their heartfelt understanding of our truly horrible dilemma. We are extremely grateful to Nick and the team for guiding us through the most difficult time in unprecedented circumstances - still now months later Nick is advising us about aftercare and options for final resting places. Thank you, and thank you again.

My cousins wife Georgie recommended Scott’s funeral services to me  as she is a celebrant.
Scott was the most professional and caring undertaker. That said he worked above and beyond to help me process my mums departure. Mum mum went suddenly with no wishes, Scott from the onset was supportive and very caring giving me guidance along difficult decisions.

He listened and worked sooooo hard to take my mum from Cornwall to Berkshire to be buried with my dad.  Words will never be enough to tell Scott how much he made my pain easier.  Him and his team were amazing from start to finish and I will always be grateful.

I would no hesitation what so ever in recommending Cornwall funeral services, so much so me and my husband are planning our own with them.

When a much loved elderly relative, Geoffrey Knight, passed away recently, we found ourselves wondering how we would cope as we live a fair distance away and anyway were unable to travel due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Cornwall Funeral Services were very kind and helpful to me when trying to arrange a funeral for my son from a distance (I live in Dorset). It was a very stressful time as the goal posts kept on being moved by the government in relation to the pandemic.
Scott Watters in particular was very empathetic and nothing it seemed was too much trouble. He recommended a minister to conduct the service and we were also able to take advantage of a webcam organised by Scott. Therefore I have no hesitation in recommending Scott and his team of professionals at Cornwall Funeral Services, to assist should you have a bereavement and a funeral to organise.

Cornwall Funeral Services took great care in listening to our wishes and nothing was too much trouble. Scott not only kept in touch on a regular basis to check everything was as we wanted for my Father's cremation, he also took the time to check on my mother who was going through a difficult time herself. The service was conducted in a very dignified and professional way, we were unable to attend due to the corona virus and had to view via webcam. A brilliant service from Scott and all the staff, very attentive , compassionate and dignified in all they did. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I cannot fault this friendly family company. At such a difficult time they provided very helpful advice and guidance, they were caring, understood my needs and were not at all pushy. They arranged everything promptly and were always easy to get hold of even though it was the Christmas/NewYear period.  They offer a complete service and I highly recommend them.
