I was in a terrible place mentally after loosing my mum. Co-op Funeral team took all the pressure away from me. I was taken very calmly through everything nothing was to much trouble for them. On the day of the funeral the professionalism of the lead head and his team was "Outstanding" we all felt like mum had a top class funeral from start to finish. A massive thank you to you all. I hope the Co-op know how special the Newquay team are.

They are so professional and very supportive. They provided a calm, caring and personal service when we were in need of exactly that. Knowing that the various team members were always only a short phonecall away and treated us as though we were the only people that mattered, made a very difficult time much more manageable. We will be forever grateful to them for their kindness and support.
