Difficult time obviously but Amy was great, Claire was most respectful at the service and, while I wouldn’t want to do it too many times the whole package was perfect. Can’t fault any of it.

From 1st contact to the end of the funeral of our dad, we found it to be so friendly & helpful.
Nothing was any trouble and we had the perfect send off for our dad. The service was exactly how we wanted it to be.

Very little communication from them , I was the one calling them to find out information we needed to know 
They didn’t even ring to let me know they had my mum with them nor did they tell us we would have to wait 5 days for the coffin to be ready when we ordered it 
Didn’t get the information on what time the cars were arriving until the afternoon before the funeral made it more stressful than it should have been
