Catryn Roberts put my mind at rest from the first moment we met. She was kind and reassuring and I knew her responses were genuine. She took care of all the arrangements from collecting my husband's body to delivering the oration at the funeral. I would thoroughly recommend this service.

Co-op. Funeralcare Llandudno provided a fitting send-off for my Dad’s funeral. 
The flower spray was lovely. The Funeral Director and the other 3 pallbearers were very reassuring, explaining what would happen, especially carrying the coffin. We didn’t feel rushed. I had a phone call the next day which was kind.

We honestly can’t thank the team enough for everything they did, not only in arranging and carrying out the most beautiful service, but for all the care and support throughout the process. Catrin and Jess were incredible, and showed so much patience and understanding.

Catrin felt like our angel as she ensured every step was meticulously explained and thought out, with a level of attention to detail you can’t even imagine. The language they used, the way they interacted with us, and the care for Dad was beyond our expectations, and we cannot thank them all enough for what they did for us during this incredibly difficult time. We felt so lucky to have them by our side, and they certainly did Dad proud in every way possible.

It is such an overwhelming an emotional time after the passing of a loved one but the team at Emlyn Roberts were amazing. I had quite specific requirements as I wanted a very individual ceremony for my mother and they held my hand every step of the way. I looked back through my e-mail in box and we had dozens of interactions over the weeks prior to the ceremony and they always responded to my queries and requests immediately. Strange to say but the funeral for me was a time to celebrate my wonderful Mum and so many people came to me afterwards to say how lovely it was. I will always be grateful for the kindness and understanding they showed to me during a very difficult period.

Having to organise a funeral from 100 miles away might seem daunting at first. With the security and reputation of Co-op Funeralcare I found that the staff at E.H.Roberts provided the real human reassurance and kindness that gave me confidence.
Once arrangements had been put in place, the staff were able to communicate by phone, email and letter and I felt their helping hand every step of the way.
