Thank you once again to Roberts Brothers and their staff. At what is an emotional time for the bereaved family left behind they go above and beyond in the respectful personal care and attention to detail they give.

The day of the funeral flowed seamlessly from the moment we were collected but, it's what they do for you prior to the day itself and after the little touches and advice that mean so much.

From Vida and family thank you to yourself Richard and to our driver Chris and also all of the team you have at the offices too for everything you did for us to make Fred's funeral special.

Richard and his colleagues were extremely professional and were helpful. Martin, the Celebrant read beautifully at my dad's service and made it sound as though he knew my dad, which is what I wanted. Roberts Brothers are still helping me now with dads ashes and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much.

They always manage to make things a little easier at such a difficult time, by not only shouldering the burden and stress of arrangements, but by doing so, in such an unabtrusive manor.

Wonderful people, compassionate and always available. The service was beautiful and perfect. Mum was respected at all times. We were on a budget and it looked as if we spent thousands! Thank you to all !!

I cannot recommend or thank Richard and his colleagues enough. They offer a tremendous service, they are so caring, polite, organised, effortless and efficient. Every aspect of the service provided was faultless and executed with precision. Richard is a fabulous funeral director and does his job incredibly with great professionalism, care and compassion. I cannot imagine anyone doing any better. As a family we would all highly recommend Roberts Bros and from previous experience we know this was not a one off but is a consistent high standard from them. Thank you for making a sad experience as painless and easy as is possible in the circumstances.

From the moment Richard arrived at the house when my mum passed away, to the funeral ceremony, everything was conducted with a depth of knowledge, respect and compassion.
All staff working for Roberts Bros are professional in their roles and despite the fact that they must be very busy, always found time to listen.

All the staff at Roberts Bros (particularly Richard, Adrian and Anita and the appointed celebrant Joy) were excellent. They took us through each stage of the process with great care and patience, making sure that we had exactly what we wanted and what felt right for us. The preparations beforehand, support on the day and their care afterwards were faultless. We greatly appreciated their calm efficiency, sensitivity and support.

Very professional, respectful, thoughtful and personal service. I could not fault roberts bros in any way. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our very sad day go without any problems whatsoever. If needed in the future this company would be my number one choice. Their charges are very reasonable but their service is top class. Highly recommended

At a very difficult and emotional time, the caring and compassion shown to myself and family by Roberts Bros. were second to none.
They carried out our every wish with such professionalism, and nothing was too much trouble.
Every member of staff that I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful.
