I recently experienced the loss of a loved one, and I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional funeral care provided by Stockton Heath Funeralcare. Claire and the team from Stockton Heath are excellent, explained everything we needed, and helped us to get through the tough period. Even after the funeral Claire still called to make sure we were ok. I cannot thank the team enough for all of their help, understanding and empathy at this time

Most of the arrangements for my mother's funeral went extremely well, but I was let down by the fact mum wasn't in the Chapel of Rest until the Tuesday before the Thursday of her burial. It caused me great distress as I wanted to spend more time with her before she was buried.

Service by Kim and Claire was second to none lovely ladies who really put us at ease with their caring approach, but unfortunately other areas need to be addressed, was promised a call by joe and it was several days waiting for the call for the final arrangements, then at the funeral service, a young pallbearer and a groundsman at the cemetery were talking all the way through the readings and speeches which I thought was very rude and disrespectful, I did mention this with a call the day after the funeral, but I’ve not had any call to apologise or address what happened, so part of the service was not satisfactory at all but Kim and Claire were excellent and great at what they do.

I found Kim and Clare very helpful in putting my wife's funeral together nothing was too much trouble for them to do, also Funeral Director Joe on the day of the funeral was considerate and understanding in doing his job.

Pleasant staff. Dignified on the whole. I felt that they were up-selling services at times though which I considered insensitive. I’d be happy to give more details verbally if this is required.
