Throughout the whole process, from first call to collecting Dad's ashes, everyone I spoke with seemed committed to making everything as simple as possible.
Jamima was fantastic - she kept me fully informed, helped me with difficult decisions & was incredibly supportive.
I'm incredibly grateful to the whole team, and especially to Jamima.

Thank you for the brilliant job you did with mum's funeral. I know we had some slightly unusual requirements and I was impressed with your diligence and efficiency in organising everything in conjunction with my sister. We were very appreciative of you also being able to fit in dad's interment. Your professionalism and direction during the day was most helpful and made everything run smoothly. The service booklets were also of a very high standard!

The staff at the co-op were brilliant, making everything go smoothly on the day. 
They were understanding to our needs and helped us arrange a fitting service at a time enabling family to travel to be present. 
Staff were respectful to us and to mum. Most of all they took the stress out of a stressful situation.

The service we received from the funeral director was curious snd very efficient. However, it became apparent that he was working under significant time constraints.
Too many funerals in too short a time with for the resources available. This effected the level if service we received and we are sure the funeral home people would like to have given.

Funeral director Derek was extremely helpful making the arrangements and on the day nothing was too much trouble for him. Equally the celebrant, Greg, gave a really warm tribute to June and all the attendees thought it was a beautiful service

We couldn’t have asked for more. We understood that there were staff shortages and issues regarding covid, but these things are out of the hands of the funeral directors.
Derek was so professional and courteous, and offered much support.
It was so special on the day when he walked Michael down the street, it meant so much to us and he’d lived in the area all of his life. Neighbours clapped and were touched. I still have the image of the car coming down the street, and the beautiful coffin. My Dad would’ve been very happy with everything. I was kept up to speed with every single detail, and a phone call the day before reassured me that nothing would go wrong and it didn’t.
Thank You so much, my Mum (Carol Ann) also has a pre-paid funeral plan with you, and this has given me confidence that when the time comes everything will be ok

As you all will know, Funeral services are something that we rarely have to use and I as many do when I lost my Wife recently oh what do, who do I go to.

This is the first time I've ever organised a funeral, and from the moment I contacted Sharon at Warrington CoOp funeral home, until now - almost a week after my mum's funeral - the support I've received has been beyond anything I could have imagined. Almost immediately Sharon was more like a friend of the family, hugely attentive and immediately responsive to any needs or questions I had, deeply empathetic and compassionate with my anxieties - which were plentiful - and she remembered every detail of any previous conversations, which made me feel like my mums funeral was her only funeral. She also had a way of normalising the process, taking a lot of the fear away from fearful conversations, and making everyone feel more at ease to talk about our choices and 'what mum would like'. 
I was overwhelmed with a lack of knowledge about what organising a funeral entailed, but Sharon guided me through the entire process from the outset, and the funeral was, in effect, organised for me, by both Sharon and the Funeral Director Joe. 

Joe the funeral director went way above and beyond any expectations, and at a funeral with little family, I felt he was my family. Joe knew I felt alone that day, and he stayed by my side throughout, from the moment I entered the funeral home to see my mum, to the last moment of a long day, he was always mindful that I felt safe and supported. The attentiveness, the sheer compassion and care he held for me on the day of my mums' funeral was incomparable. Joe made a most incredibly difficult day, feel lighter by his presence, and I will never forget what he did for me that day. I truly believe he is a wonderful human being, and I hope many other families have the benefit of such an extraordinary man during their darker days.

I recall saying that, when my time comes, I want Sharon and Joe to be my funeral directors. They probably thought I was joking. But 'm putting it here in writing! 
Thank you to Sharon and Joe, for simply being so brilliant. You have my utmost gratitude and admiration.
