Excellent service from the Funeral arranger Claire She supported us all the way through the process and stayed in touch.
The Funeral director Rob was also excellent. He looked after us all on the day. 
Everything was perfect and just how we wanted for a beautiful send off for Mum

From the start to finish I cant thank you enough even though I had experience of using you before it was in a support capacity and not an organising one which I found really difficult but claire talked me through everything with great understanding and sympathy and made things as easy as she possibly could the service from home to the crematorium was done with care and dignity which im sure you can appreciate was so important to me to summarise I just want to say thank you again for everything you did

Myself and all of our family were more than satisfied with the way Myke's funeral was handled. All members of staff were efficient, helpful and compassionate in every way. Myself and Myke's siblings visited on several occasions, and we were dealt with efficiently and kindly. We didn't feel at any time that we were being a nuisance. Myke's funeral went off without a hitch, and during the whole procedure we were treated with respect and compassion.
I would like to thank the staff at Hayes, for making a dreadful time of our lives a lot more bearable. Also I would like to personally mention Jodie and Claire who were especially kind and helpful.

By it's very nature bereavement is traumatic what ever the circumtances. In my case my beloved wife of 61 years who bravely struggled to the end then passed away peacefully at home. F. Hayes, Funeral Care of Barnton jumped in and provided to me, my daughter who arranged the major requirements for the fumeral and my son who attended the needs before and after - had every conceiveable - caring - considerate - cooperation - to a faultless degree from the F. Hayes Team. Their organisation and operation from beginning to end smoothly removed any uncertainty and the perfect end for a much loved wife and mother, culminating in a beautiful family gathering to honour a good life in passing, naturally tinged with grief, but a joyful memorial to a wonderful woman. All accomplished without fuss or failure unobtrusively. Thank you F. Hayes Funeral Director Robert Smith and the very efficient Jodie and Claire

Rob and his team have been very supportive throughout organising mums funeral, was a shoulder to cry on at Chapel of rest and amazing care and support on mum's funeral day especially when I dad was struggling Rob was there to help, and all his team very polite and supportive when myself and family wheeled me in her coffin into church they guieded and helped all the way, a massive thank you to everyone

I can't thank all the staff enough. My Mum was highly respected by them all & it showed from the very begining right to the very end. They went that extra mile to make sure that my Mum & her family had the perfect funeral & send off just the way she wanted it. I would highly recommend them.
