From first contact all staff I dealt with were kind and caring, with a focus on the family’s wishes at all times. My Mum had requested a direct cremation and Donna explained exactly what this meant and what would happen when. F Hayes were very easy to communicate with and everything went very smoothly.

communications was the only thing
that needs improving mobile phone booster needs 
installing at the office i could not contact your staff because of poor or no
signal also you card payment point would not work because no signal
people in our area are moving to fibre optic which means no home phone
l am sure you will or have lost custom through this  well done all the girls

Such attention to detail, thank you so much for all the hard work everyone has put in. It was especially difficult as we were holding the funeral in another area but the fact we could drop anything off at our local funeral directors which was transferred to the funeral directors the funeral was taking place at made it so much easier for us.

Can’t thank them enough for the care they took of us all, from collecting my mum 
to advising us on every aspect on the funeral.
Everyone was so kind and they made sure everything went as we wanted it to on the day.
They reassured us all the way through the process.
What a lovely company to deal with.
What was a  sad day was made so much easier, and left us with happy memories

Everyone was very helpful from the start. They gave great advice and kept us informed of the process the whole time.  During the funeral they were compassionate and made sure we were ok and allowed us to take our time. Would highly recommend them in such a difficult time.

The service from F Hayes funeral care was kind and caring on all levels they treated mum from start to finish with respect although it’s a very difficult time we all at some point need the help of this service. We were guided and advised of all steps needed to be taken even when I last minute changed some of the details everything we asked for was carried out. They allowed me and the family a worry free period while we got used to the loss of our beloved mum.  Thankyou all at F Hayes when I need you I will be back
