Such a fantastic experience working with Claire and the Alison’s for our mums funeral. The care and compassion shown throughout was exceptional. The communication was excellent and I could ring or pop in anytime to discuss aspects of the arrangements. We were able to give our mum the best send off possible. I cannot praise the coop enough? At a very difficult time,they made everything easy. They were helpfull,professional,considerate to all my requirements,ensuring my wife was laid to rest as per her wishes and mine. The day was perfect. From all the mourners "it couldn't have been better ". The follow up and aftercare was also extremely professionally I would highly recommend the coop at Runcorn. Many thanks to you all.

All of the staff dealt with unusual issues that came up. They dealt with these issues in a very professional manor
They also offered help and support through these sad times. On the funeral day they were there to assist myself and family through the day

I was concerned about giving my father a decent send off with me being in a different country and having limited time in Runcorn, but Alison at Co op Funeralcare Runcorn made it effortless and as least painful as possible.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, the service was wonderful. The Runcorn office had to liaise with the Ashton under Lyne office and it was all done so seamlessly. All our special requests were taken into account. It couldn't have been better. Thank you all so much!

Alison at Runcorn Co-op Funeral Care was amazing. She was helpful, pleasant, we even had a little chuckle here and there and she knew from what we were saying, what we wanted, regarding the coffin and the treatment or not, of dad. Jemima and her team were pleasant, very helpful and consummate professionals. We used the same company in Warrington for mum six years ago and had the same treatment there. Some of the independent companies are more forthright and pushy which makes one uncomfortable and seem uncaring. Everything was perfect. We were also able to take the whole ceremony ourselves and Jemima had no problem showing us where everything was. Thank you.
