Sharon provided us with all the details of the funeral and was very kind and considerate all through. The funeral was efficiently run with extreme respect which was very touching. Sharon delivered Mike's ashes to me personally and was very understanding of all the problems caused by the delays on this occasion. I will consider - if I can afford it in the near future - paying for my own parting with the Co-op. I can't thank you enough.

Nothing was too much trouble they would go the extra mile to make your requirements come to fruition ,in our case ensuring  her beloved dogs ashes were mixed with hers
The staff were very friendly ,sympathetic and knowledgeable during these traumatic days giving advice and relieving the families of worry.

In such very sad circumstances I felt that the co op funeral directors were absolutely lovely in every way possible, making such a occasion the best it could be. Every detail was so carefully explained and nothing too much trouble. We all felt that all the staff and especially Sharron went above and beyond to make us feel as well as we could. Nothing was too much trouble. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care at one of my saddest times. Thank you so very much x.

We cannot fault the service provided by the Co-op for our Mum's funeral. The staff are very professional and friendly and Sharon, our funeral director was amazing. We were treated with compassion and patience and nothing was too much trouble. Very grateful and very impressed.

Wonderful service and very supportive staff from start to finish.
Very professional while showing empathy and emotional support and compassion.
Overwhelmed by the amount of staff at the church and the respect shown towards ourselves and my late Dad was exceptional.

We could not have chose a more caring supportive and understanding company to take care of our daughter, Sharon, Patricia and Emma were amazing so easy to discuss what was needed, but above all and above the call of duty, my best friend Patrick James put aside his own emotions and looked after Sarah from the moment he had Sarah in his care until the moment he took her to be cremated, we will never forget and could never repay, thank you so so much all of you , Tim&Sharon x

Excellent from start to finish and very supportive. My family and I were so pleased that Jan and Emma sorted everything out with regular updates and guidance, they were brilliant. On the day Sharon, the funeral director was wonderful during such a difficult time. I would highly recommend the Co-op Funeralcare.

All of the staff were wonderful and extremely caring. They treated Dad so respectfully and were very kind and thoughtful to us. They had also arranged Mum’s funeral 2 years ago and took the time to remember her and what we had arranged for her when considering the arrangements for Dad. Everything went extremely smoothly and exactly as planned. We felt  much as though they were part of the family and can’t recommend or thank Sharon, Jan, Emma and all of the staff highly enough.
