Everything went very smoothly regarding my mum's funeral and I felt I was supported every step of the way, and I liked the regular contact to make sure everything was correct.
The order of service and flowers were beautiful and the staff very friendly and sympathetic.

Caring, compassionate, but professional.

Basically, excellent. I was impressed that the Funeral Director called to see me the day before the funeral to return mum's rings and talk through the process of the funeral. A big thank you.
The only negative was that Funeral Director no longer arrange buffet / sandwiches post funeral as a part of the care package. Not knowing suitable venues in the area, I did find it hard to fix up - in the end the chosen venue was good. (The Cheshire Sports and Social Club) Might be worth having a list of suitable venues to hand out for the bereaved to review and choose.

George Pettit funeralcare did a fantastic job for us throughout the entire arrangement and actual burial process They were in constant contact with the family making sure what they were arranging was what we wanted.
this is the second time in 6 years we have used them and I can sincerely say on both occasions they have done and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend them.

Kind and friendly. Ordered the funeral preparation into manageable tasks. Listened to my wishes and took extra trouble without being asked. It was only the basic funeral but didn't seem that anything was missed.

I received great support and advice from my initial contact with the funeral home, whilst making all the arrangements and on the day of the funeral itself. The funeral director was extremely supportive and kind and her manner during the ceremony was extremely respectful. I would highly recommend George Pettit Funeralcare.

The Team at Pettits were wonderful from start to finish. Rebecca looked after everything for us from an administration point of view and took care of all the arrangements, keeping us up to date at every stage of the process. Kelly the Funeral Director was quite simply the best person you could ever wish for to lead all the formal proceedings with a cheery smile and exactly the right friendly approach to make it all go smoothly. Despite her and the Team doing this several times a day Kelly really did make it all very special and relaxed which made things easier for us and I cannot praise them high enough for all they have done for my Mum.

Rebecca has been wonderfully kind and supportive during our visits and helped us through this difficult time. The graphic designer's did a fantastic job on dad's order of service.

On the day of the funeral everyone was kind and respectful and compassionate. They led us through the day and made everything easy for us.
