The staff were calm, sympathetic and helpful, both in the planning and the carrying out ,ensuring our wishes were met. Having the funeral plan in place relieved one of the worries and made the formalities simpler. I am very glad to have the same arrangement in place for myself[I won't go so far as to say I look forward to it-but knowing that it's in safe hands is a relief].

On behalf of all the family I would like to extend a deep gratitude to Pettits for an excellent and professional service. Everybody involved at Pettits ensured that the proceedings of the day went smoothly and with great dignity. No detail was overlooked and we were treated with the utmost care and respect particularly by Rebecca and Kelly and the team of drivers and pallbearers. Our heartfelt thanks goes also to those staff who worked behind the scenes to ensure that our Mum, Patricia was cared for so lovingly on her final journey. God bless you all. Cathy Brown
