We met with this kind and supportive lady as a family in a relaxed and friendly setting, Kirsty listened and noted all of our needs and assured us throughout that she was there to ensure our dads funeral was memorable.

As a family we had some challenging and specific requests, however none of this phased Kirsty and she over delivered on every single aspect, often making suggestions that enhanced and improved.

The horses that Regency used for our mum’s funeral were stunning and were such a great tribute for our lovely mum.  Lisa was extremely helpful and worked with us to match the colours of the drapes and plunes to the flowers we had chosen. She made it very easy for us at such a difficult time . Would highly recommend
