J S Cowley did a fabulous job thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made a difficult day loosing our Mum a great send off for her. We had so many people say it was the best funeral they had been too. Angela and the team on the day were magnificent they helped and supported us. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt completely ' looked after' from day one .Everyone treated me with such compassion and helped me through arranging Mums funeral so well .The funeral itself went absolutely perfectly ..Mum would have been so proud and delighted that all her wishes were met..she couldn't have had a more lovely farewell Thank you to everyone and to the glue gun for keeping the rainbow firmly on the coffin.😀🌈

I was taken care of from organisation of mum’s funeral and beyond. I cannot fault their dedication enough especially Katie’s personal face to face encounters. Mum looked peaceful in the Chapel of Rest. The service was beautiful helped by Michelle Bull who was the celebrant recommended by Cowley and who ensured everything came together.

Totally in shock by the unexpected death of my Husband 300miles from home I called Cowleys for help. The support & care I got was outstanding. They helped me through the process one step at a time. Always at the end of the phone if I had any questions or concerns. We had a meeting to discuss what type of funeral we wanted & nothing was too much trouble.
They arranged for his body to be collected & taken to a CO-OP for embalming where he died before arranging for his body to be brought back to our local area. Several of us went to view his body in the chapel of rest  & they had got him spot on. Dressed in his favourite clothes he looked relaxed & asleep. Far better than I could ever have hoped for. The funeral was very busy & the crematorium was packed. Everyone was telling me it was the best funeral they’d ever been to.
Not only did my Husband get the best care, my whole family did.

I would certainly recommend Cowleys Funeral Directors in Stony Stratford 100%

At a very difficult time Katie made the process of detailing the funeral very easy. At all times keeping us informed of each stage. On the day of the funeral Julie, the funeral director, and her team were very professional and helped the family through the difficult day.

What can I say that probably hasn't already been mentioned about Natalie and her team..
A process that initially seemed so daunting, emotional and stressful made absolutely stress free by the fabulous Natalie and her wonderful colleagues.
From pickup to drop off of my beautiful father, love and respect all the way through the process of saying our last goodbyes.
My family and I couldn't thank them enough for all of their help and consideration.
5 stars from start to finish.

Natalie, Katie and the team went out of their way to make a difficult situation run without a hitch. From my first meeting with Katie right through to the day of the funeral nothing was too much trouble and everything was done according to my Aunt’s wishes. Natalie and her team were fantastic on the day of the funeral and everyone was so professional and respectful of my Aunt and our family. Thank you from us all, you’ve been amazing x
