The service on the day was perfect, Will did a great job and the service ran very smoothly. I wasn't so impressed by the initial contact. I wasn't told what the meeting I was asked to attend was really for and as I had never planned a funeral before I didn't know what I'd be asked to decide so the meeting was pointless as I had to go away with all the options, which I was just supposed to already know, like what flowers, coffin etc. Those materials should have been sent to me in preperation. Everyone was helpful, professional and kind thoughout but the process as I mentioned at the beginning wasn't very good

Complication with booking funeral, caused us much distress, still not had any proper answers. Sometimes hard to contact as don’t answer phone and then it goes through to a central number.

I had first class service throughout my planning a cremation for my Wife. The unobtrusive advice given by Bernie in the Redfield Office from start to finish with introductions to other members of staff worked well.

hi, the member of staff i delt with was bernie, very helpfull and easy going, on the day, the hearse went to the wrong address, a faster than nom hearse followin followed, all so a collection box for donations was asked for but did not appear, so the lifeboats missed out, minor points but had to be noted, would i use your services again ?, well yes i would , evey thing else ran smoothly

From the outset our family was treated with the greatest of respect and courtesy. We had help and guidance from two Funeral Directors namely Kim and Will and this was carried out seamlessly and professionally. The funeral service was poignant and led to many favourable comments from some of the mourners. Thank you Co-op Funeralcare, Redfield you did our late brother, and in turn his family, proud. We have many special memories of our brother and his special send off will also be a very fond memory.
