Will was very polite friendly helpful and courteous to us and our needs. The whole experience from arranging the funeral to the funeral day itself was very well organised, with detailed information of all extra available requests. From the first day we met Will at the funeral chapel who were looking after Stephanie, we and her were treated with the utmost respect, care and consideration. It has been a long process, 6 weeks in all from her passing and we were overwhelmed by the attitude and love these lovely people had for Stephanie and ourselves, her parents and also her brother Craig, at times it felt as if they were grieving themselves.
Our thanks seemed to be not enough but we do thank them for all they did for us as a family.

Mark was fantastic at keeping us updated and involved throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help us through a difficult time. However head office was not helpful. When we called them they wanted information from us that they should have known for example after giving the redfield address that wasn’t Good enough and they wanted a telephone number too. Which we felt they should have had and not made us look for it during our difficult time.

My mother passed away at the incredible age of 101. We wanted to celebrate her life & with help of Nicola, Funeral Director & Lauren this was truly achieved. From our first meeting they were able to guide us in having a Day full of tears & laughter. Special thanks must be given to David Miles, Funeral Celebrant who made a huge impact both at Redfield Service Chapel & the Cemetery. I know my mum would have been proud xx
