I dealt with Sarah Beighton at Redfeild who was extremely helpful and reassuring and did everything I requested in a very caring way. She explained everything to myself and my husband , kept me informed and up to date with all the arrangements. Thank you for your caring approach to what was a sad and difficult time.

We were very impressed and grateful for the service we received from Co-operative Funeral Service. 
From the moment we entered the premises in Redfield through to the day of the funeral our expectations were surpassed. 
What could have been a sad occasion was transformed into a wonderful send off of our Uncle Dave. 
All the staff did a dedicated and professional job but we would particularly like to thank Will for contacting us the day prior to the service, using his own time from home and  reassuring us that all would be well.  His handling of proceedings on the day were impeccable as was his appearance and professionalism.

The whole experience was perfect from start to finish.Will are funeral director guided us through the whole process explaining all are options and listened to our needs are what we wanted for our father.Will kept in touch the whole time and made sure everything was in place and made sure we got what we asked for.The day of the funeral went perfectly and the family received many comments saying what a lovely funeral it was and that it would of made our father proud.Peter who was conducting our fathers funeral put Dad over perfectly.so its a big congratulations all round thank you all that were involved.
