I cannot put enough praise into words for the wonderful service I received from the team at the Cooperative Funeral Services at Redfield Bristol. From the moment I walked into their offices at my lowest point having just lost my wife of 49 years I was treated with such respect and dignity at a very emotional difficult time. I have to mention Charlotte and Jade who at such an early stage in their careers were exemplary in every way and having met Emily 6 years ago when she arranged my late Mothers funeral I was so pleased that she had returned from maternity leave and was able to take control of this funeral with such expertise. This is a service that none of us want to use and hopefully I will not need again for sometime but I will say that should the circumstances arise I would have no hesitation in using them and also recommending the team to anyone in a similar position to which I have just been

Lots of forms to fill in with thin nib pen on a polished table. Resting on a pad would be much easier. Laura was very lovely and sensitive.

All the staff were brilliant. Charlotte and Jade looked after us and mum and everything they did was faultless. Nothing was too much trouble. They were both knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind,considerate and very respectful. On the day Mark and his team were lovely. They explained what would happen and how things would be done and everything went very smoothly. Joss the celebrant who was recommended by Charlotte was superb. The eulogy he produced showed he had listened carefully to us and had a keen understanding of people, a keen eye for detail and he spoke beautifully. We could not ask for better service. as a family, we couldn't of asked for better service for our mum, the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and our meetings or phone calls were never rushed. once again, thank you to all the staff who looked after mum, with such dignity.

They took the stress out of arranging the funeral, allowing the family to grieve. Any questions were dealt with promptly and nothing was too much trouble. The only reason I've given 4 and not 5 stars is because they missed the request for the engraving on the coffin, however, this wasn't a major problem and I'm certain it would've been dealt with had I raised it with them.

Mark and the team gave my husband an excellent send of and very caring and helpful planning my husband’s funeral at a very sad time but willing to help and support me whenever they could
