I cannot put into words how fantastic the service was that we as a family received from the Keynsham office and in particular Mark Govey.

Dad was looked after with impeccable respect and dignity and we as a family were made to feel very welcome in all aspects of communication.

I can honestly say that apart from not having to accept that Dad left us so suddenly there is nothing that we would have changed about his funeral. We received so many compliments from people that attended the service stating how wonderful it was. From the minute you took Dad into your care right up to the last moments at the crematorium the entire experience was second to none, extremely professional, 100% sincere and heartfelt.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Keynsham to anyone else.

Once again a huge thankyou to Mark and his team for a job so excellently done.

We were left not knowing what was happening. Tried phoning and visited the office twice which was shut ( midweek morning ). Eventually got through to a call centre who promised us Keynsham would phone us that day ( Friday) - they didn’t. Kept phoning again that afternoon only for the phone to ring out and then cut off. Also had the issue of Westerleigh not being to do the cremation due to a machine breakdown and was told it would be semmington. When I explained that Westerleigh was special to us as we already have 2 private gardens I was told it was in your Ts & Cs ! No compassion. I eventually phoned Westerleigh myself and sorted it with them. Interesting that you then phoned me to say you had sorted it !!!

The care and professionalism is second to none. They made both sad occasions burying my parents within a few months of each other easy pre funeral care the actual ceremony and post care and attention to detail was superb. Cannot recommend them enough

Overall we were very happy with the service we received. There were a couple of issues with communication, including getting through on the phone and with Holly’s emails, however we understand that Rebekah was poorly and so the branch must have been very busy. Lisa was fantastic in helping with the order of service, and Mark was wonderful throughout. He was kind, compassionate and helpful which is just what we needed. Thank you.

The funeral of our friend was excellent from when we stepped into Keynsham Co-Op to the funeral itself.The funeral was carried out professionally and with care.We were put at ease with the whole procedure nothing was too much trouble.The Co-Op have carried out my Fathers,Mothers,my father-in-laws,and some friends funerals with the same professional and care for each one.Thank you for your care and understanding.

Very inefficient assistant who failed to respond to emails after initial meeting. Then when she did, repeatedly gave incorrect information resulting in many visits to keynsham branch to sort out in person and prolonging this painful experience at this time. Note- PrePaid plan so did not choose Coop !!!
