Everything from start to finish was flawless the flowers were beautiful the service taken by Colin was perfect and the Funeral director was fantastic and the first meeting with Rebekah at Keynsham made me feel very much at ease she is very very good and caring keeping me informed every step of the way.

The loss of my Brother destroyed me, and I was at a loss of what to do and how to go forward.

Dave and the team made a very sad and upsetting occasion easier to deal with. They were there to help at every stage of the planning and made suggestions I was unable to think of myself. They were organised, sympathetic and provided a shoulder to cry on when needed.

Nothing was too difficult for them. I have no hesitation in recommending them without exception. I would also say, don't be afraid to ask, no matter what they will do there utmost to make it happen.

I don’t think there are enough words in the universe to say how moved we, and the entire family, have been by the amazing service and care that Co-op Funeralcare Keynsham have given us. Huge thank you to Dave and his team. We chose, for dad, the same funeral directors as we had for our beloved mum (dad’s wife) 8 years ago - as it was exceptional. Dave was a different funeral director than back then but equally absolutely brilliant. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

We thought the co op was amazing. Mum had a plan so it was so straightforward starting with a simple phone call. She would have been so pleased by the way they cared looked after her loved ones. The funeral director was so compassionate and professional. He did a perfect job. On the day of the funeral he organised everything and we enjoyed the ceremony. I would honestly recommend them 100% as nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely wonderful service, unexpected hugs from Mark govey and they were so needed at the difficult times my sister and I met him.we have a lot of special personal touches to thank him for, also Peter Davies who was recommended by Mark and took mums graveside service again such a help on things we hadn't thought of, grateful thanks to both these men for making a difficult time easier for my family,.

From the very first meeting with David ,myself and family were put at ease with David taking us through the process ensuring that all our personnel needs were addressed and talked through to ensure we had everything that was available to ourselves and discussed .Under very difficult circumstances David made sure we had the time to consider all options and were talked about at length .The funeral itself took place just as we had requested and as a family we could not have asked more from a professional who ensures from start to finish you will receive the very best of care in difficult times .
