The service provided by Mike Skinner was exemplary. Mike was completely professional but displayed patience, empathy and guided us through all stages gently and sympathetically too. 
Mike actually picked up our case as we had issues with the local Yate, Bristol branch, eg initial contact was made by David Lewis (I think that was the chaps  name), but he called me twice in quick succession, one about my late Mother then straight after about another departed lady, nothing to do with me! Then on the day we made an appointment at the office this chap did not turn up and the office was closed. It was the day of the “fuel protest” and I believe the chap just chose not to come over the bridge to work that day, but did not inform us! Mike stepped in and rebuilt the confidence and trust in the company and we dealt with him thereafter. Mike is a credit to the Co-op Funeral Care company and should be acknowledged as an asset to the company. Thank you to Mike for wonderful service at a difficult time.

Excellent from start to finish. Very professional with all aspects of my Dad’s funeral. Cannot find a fault, very understanding, polite and gave advice on other issues that I was unsure about. All of the Team were immaculately dressed and showed great respect, which is so important. There is only one chance to get a funeral right, it is not a rehearsal. Thanks to all at the Coop everything went to plan. Thank you all so very much.

From our first contact when the nursing home was aggressively rushing us to remove Dad from their home within 6 hours of his passing Sara was on our side and very sympathetic and he was removed as quickly as possible.
Sara worked hard with great attention to detail and took on board our concerns about things that we were not happy with at our Mother's funeral and worked with us to avoid any possible recurrence of these problems at the church, Lynne was very helpful with her local knowledge too. We had the order of service that we wanted as she edited the pictures until we were happy with it.
We had a different coffin to the one in the funeral plan and we were very pleased with it and the coffin spray was beautiful.
Mark was our Funeral Director, we requested him as he was like having an old friend at our side for our Mother's funeral and he was again and so respectful to my Dad.
Everyone said it was a beautiful service, Sara and Lynne had found the right Vicar for us and we had the funeral our lovely Dad deserved.
