Sara Jones was the Funeral Director and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. She had also handled my father's funeral earlier in the year - so when mum passed away, I immediately contacted her. She always answered any questions promptly - treating us with kindness & compassion. The funeral itself was exactly as we wanted - beautiful and personal.

Mike & Lynn were extremely helpful & had a can do approach which made this difficult time so much easier to arrange. They led the way & nothing was too much trouble. Lynn arranged for Peter Davies to take the service & he was also excellent & delivered exactly what we wanted. They all showed total respect for my late dad too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Excellent service from Sara from the first meeting all the way to after the funeral. The lady leading the funeral was brilliant with all her explanations,help and advice. Alison the celebrant also excellent how she presented the service.

The staff were very friendly,helpfull,compassionate ,sympathetic and most of all went that extra mile to make our day run smoothly.Main complaint is that they only have one telephone line and was directed through to H/O to many times.

Our experience with Lynne at the Coop branch in Cleeve Wood , Downend in preparing the funeral for my late husband John was above and beyond anything we could have expected or hoped for.
Her compassion and care helped us as a family get through, arrange and manage all that was required for the beautiful service to say goodbye to John last Wednesday. It was all perfect. Thankyou. 
I would also like to commend Sara who was able to help us with the very final arrangements due to Lynne being unwell.

Generally speaking we were looked after very well and were treated sympathetically over what could have been a daunting experience. The treatment we received on the day of the funeral was excellent and all was very dignified and I am sure David would have approved thoroughly. Hopefully he could look down and see that all was going well and everything was alright on the night! - he had been known to 'tread the boards'. Thank you.
