The staff member who helped us to organise the funeral was extremely helpful and supportive and made a very difficult time less painful. The whole process was very professional and the whole family were very pleased.

Sadly I lost my mother and in a 12 month. I used the coop funeral directors Hengrove on both occasions.
I have found the staff to be wonderful . They are very sympathetic and supportive making the sad experience much easier to deal with.

The funeral went exactly as planned and everything we had organised was as requested. The flowers and order of service were both beautifully presented.
I'm not giving 5 stars because a week prior to the funeral I sent 3 emails with questions / information and nobody got back to me, which felt quite stressful. It was sometimes difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone. However, staff are pleasant and helpful when you do get to speak to someone.

Our Mum unfortunately passed away late in the evening of Christmas Eve 2021. After getting her death verified at about 2am by medical staff, we then informed the Co-op funeral care about collecting her. 
We know that it was By then the early hours on Christmas Day and there is a pandemic. But we were totally fobbed off by the night staff of the Co-op. Firstly they said they had no recollection of our phone call and then said they would get back to us, which never happened, so we had to make another telephone call to find out what was happening, to which we had an abrupt reply, saying she could not get through to any of the drivers. 
But as soon as the day shift came on duty at about 7am everyone were so apologetic and were brilliant. 
Mum was finally taken away at about 10am on Christmas Morning. 
Everyone involved with the actual funeral we’re absolutely brilliant and we can’t speak highly enough of them.
