Coop Hengrove, cannot praise more highly, dealt with my mum’s funeral with sympathy and professionalism.  They made sure my mum’s funeral was exactly as l wanted it to be. They kept me updated and l was very happy with the Order of Service, pro tribute and webcast which was all done through them.

All members of staff were really help and treated us with great care and dignity through this difficult time especially Lisa and Ian. They were very helpful and caring. Unfortunately we were informed that we needed a death certificate for each bank and building society etc but when we got to these institutes they required to see them and then take there own copy. This led us to purchasing 10 more copies than required at such an extra expense .  We mentioned to the staff at hengrove who informed us that they have been given this information and has been passed it on good faith. They we’re very apologetic for this missed information.

I was extremely happy with the care and attention they gave to me and my late Mum Janet Redman. Lisa and Ian and the whole team were incredibly kind and supportive. I visited Mum a number of times in their chapel of rest, and it was never too much trouble to make me a cup of tea, and have a chat. the service was overseen by Lisa on the day, and she made sure everything went very smoothly. The driver of our limo was Rowan, and he was a lovely guy too. Very attuned to the mood of the passengers in the car. I would like to sincerely thank everyone, and would absolutely recommend this establishment. many thanks

 Ian and Lisa were both sensitive and very professional throughout. They both went above and beyond our expectations to make a difficult time as easy as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they literally took the whole process over and give us the confidence that the funeral would go really well. It did.  We will be forever grateful to them for giving dad the funeral he deserved. Thank you!
