Everything went amazingly in regards to service and funeral day only hiccup we endured was getting told two different stories about embalming and unfortunately unnecessary stress in relation to viewing/Chapel of rest due to staff issues.

1. As late as the Thursday prior to the funeral the Graphics Department were raising problems about the the picture for the front of the order of service. 2. As my sister died in Cambridge...I last saw her at Addenbrookes Hospital. When I returned to my home I would have liked a gentle contact to confirm that she was in my locality at one of your chapels of rest. I was however aware that your Hengrove branch had sickness problems.

On behalf of my Mum we cannot thank everyone involved at Funeralcare. Special thanks to Lisa and Tracy. Such a sad time for us but made so much easier as they dealt with every issue or concern or questions we had. Thank you so much x
