All was organised well and carried through as to funeral plan already in place. Changes were made to the plan, i.e. cremation, rather than burial.
Have yet to arrange internment of ashes; though funeral directors have already called regarding assistance with this when the time comes.

This is the second time in less than two years that Hengrove Funeral  Care have arranged funerals for my family. On both occasions Lisa and her team were very professional in dealing with the situation. Living a hundred miles away, they made correspondence with me, as simple as possible and went out of their way to solve any problems with clear communication and follow up emails.

From notifying the death until the day of the cremation everything was dealt with in a very professional and caring manner. We were made to feel at ease as everything was being taken care of for us. Would certainly recommend having a pre-paid funeral plan as this made matters very straight forward.
