I unfortunately lost my dad last month, he was 52 years old and my favourite person. It was his wish to have the same funeral home and wake as his dad and sister so hengrove was the choice, I’m so glad it was. Lisa is the most amazing woman she and the other girls cared for my dad as if it was their own and I will forever be eternally grateful for the love and compassion they showed throughout the whole process. I’m 26 years old and have never had to plan a funeral let alone by myself… they all took me under their wing and helped me from start to finish and made the whole ordeal that little bit easier. I will never forget how well they looked after my dad, he would of been so proud and happy with everything and I couldn’t of done it without them.

Having to ring up to see if my husband was in chapel of rest and he was not even there somebody had to arrange for him to get his body there. I would’ve not seen my husband for the last time I think it’s absolutely disgusting

During such a sad time, the compassion & care we received as a family from Hengrove Funeralcare could not of been any better, we want to say a special mention to Lisa who took the time to get to know myself & about our mum which resulted in the most perfect of send offs, mum would of been so happy with everything. On the day of the funeral we felt reassured that nothing could go wrong & how right we were.
