Elizabeth at The Co Op Funeral Services was fantastic, I cannot fault her, her attention and kindness to all our family needs were no problem for her. We were all devastated and heartbroken by the sudden death of my daughter, Elizabeth showed compassion and was so kind to myself, my son and all my granddaughters, nothing was too much trouble, the cremation was everything we hoped it could be, a very sad but lovely way to say goodbye to my darling daughter. Thank you Elizabeth and everyone at The Co Op

The whole process was very painful. Most of the time we could not reach the store and got through to a help centre. These people did not pass one message on. Printing errors on the order of service which I take some blame for. 
This is second time in 2 years I have used this service, but this time level of service has decreased. I had to chased you to pick my deceased parent parent from the hospital.

Elizabeth and Alistair were wonderful. They were kind, sensitive and thoughtful. Everything was managed so well and attention paid to details so that the funeral service ran smoothly. All the arrangements were made exactly as I wanted and on the day Alistair checked that I was happy with everything before the service started. They made what was a difficult time so much easier.

The service was absolutely excellent.  Everything was so well organised.  We were kept informed and our queries were answered quickly and efficiently.  Diane was professional but very empathetic and nothing was too much trouble.  They made a difficult day much easier.  We were so grateful for their help with the order of service, coffin, flowers and introducing us to the lovely celebrant who carried out mum’s service.  A big thank you to the Co-op, Tilehurst.
