Can not fault the customer service. Elizabeth very helpful you have a gem staff wise. Other services could learn from your staff. The funeral went without any problems great staff all round would recommend your company to everyone

The service from the staff was wonderful. They helped me through everything that needed to be done and organised. It was a new and difficult situation for me but they made it as pleasant and easy as possible. As said before they were wonderful.

I was extremely well looked after by Alistair (Tilehurst  Coop Reading). Very attentive and caring.  It was a most difficult and sad day but Alistair handle the situation with great respect and dignity.

I would not recommend & will never use again not once did we receive a phone call back,terrible customer service, having never arranged a funeral before I expected some help & advice this was not forthcoming and we had to constantly chase them up!

From start to finish the care given to us and our deceased loved one was without fault. Elizabeth and Alistair are both absolute stars. On the day of the Crematorium all the staff were very polite and helpful and the service rang smoothly.
