Alexander Bain Funeralcare organised the funeral of my mother in a very professional way. From our first contact all staff were friendly, respectful and considerate. Every detail was considered.
Mum’s funeral took place 100 miles away from where she died and we live. This was made so straightforward as Collette from Alexander Bain contacted the church, cemetery, florist and the local undertakers to make all the arrangements on our behalf. Collette was in contact often to keep us up to date and reassure us that all arrangements had been made and check in on how we were doing.
Everything went perfectly on the day and we were very impressed with the service and consideration we received from the Forfar and East Kilbride representatives.

Could not fault the service given during the loss of my mum. From beginning to end the support was more than the family could have wished for. Daily contact helped keep us up to date with progress and lessened the pain we were all feeling at the time.

From the moment my sister and I met Mike Hattle the Funeral Director, we knew that we were in very capable hands. He very skilfully guided us through the different stages that take place during a funeral (in our mum’s case a cremation).
On the day itself, I and my sisters travelled in a beautiful limousine,following the hearse in which mum was travelling, to Parkgrove Crematorium.
  The Celebration of our mum’s life was superbly portrayed by the celebrant, Darren Handy, recommended to us by Mike Hattle.
All in all, it was a marvellous send off for our mum!

Alexander Bain are fantastic. They take all the stress out of what is a highly emotional Time and are kind, caring and compassionate throughout the process from start to finish.

I cannot thank them enough for what they did to help me when my much loved mother passed away suddenly.

I would definitely recommend using Alexander Bain if you lose a loved one with hesitation.
