About Us
Walton Lea Crematorium in Warrington offers a serene location to organise a cremation for a loved one.A funeral service can be arranged at the Crematorium chapel every 40 minutes, although this can be extended for another 40 minutes at an additional charge. Funeral services may be held on a weekend but will also incur additional charges. Families can make use of the plasma screen facility to display photos or a video of their loved one’s life during the service. The chapel organ is available to use for an extra fee or families can choose to bring their own music or select songs from the extensive playlist available.
Once the cremation takes place, ashes can be scattered in the memorial garden or interred in a plot at the Garden of Remembrance for a fee. Flowers may be placed in vases around the Book of Remembrance room.
Families may remember the lives of their loved ones by choosing from one of the various memorial options available such an Sanctum 2000 (an above ground vault), a granite book or leather panel memorial, a memorial vase, an entry into the Book of Remembrance, miniature books and memorial cards.
The office is open on weekdays from 9 am to 4.45 pm.
