All went off smoothly -staff all very attentive and friendly.Liked the uniformed staff who matched their smart appearance with impressive  performance.
Also a lot of positive response from people watching the  webcam coverage.
Even the sun shone on the day. As good as it can get on a  very sad occasion.

From the moment we entered the funeral office, till the day we said goodbye to our  Mum everything went so easy for us.
Can’t praise the staff enough for their help and attentiveness.
We followed mum in our own cars, due to traffic we could not stay with the hearse. I could hardly believe it when we saw it was waiting for us further along the road.
Thank you Tracy, Wendy, Jack and the bearers. Such dignity. Nothing is too much to ask of those wonderful people.

What could of been a difficult and stressful time
Unquestionably became a most stressless and pleasant day all down to the dedication, compassionate care and attention to detail given by every member of the team

The funeral director Jack & his team provided excellent service for mum and were kind & compassionate towards me when I was struggling with the loss. However my dealings with the funeral arranger I felt to be rather cold & business like with the focus being on payment. I appreciate it is a business but would have welcomed a little more warmth & understanding at what was a difficult time, more so than I ever thought possible. That said my thanks to all for giving mum a lovely send off.

When my father recently died we engaged Hogben & Partis, as they had looked after all the arrangements for my mother's funeral and burial five years previously.

Right from our initial meeting they looked after us perfectly and helped us immensely with a lot of useful, and practical, advice. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they organised everything superbly.

For the service and subsequent burial, Jack and the team did a wonderful job, from calling beforehand to verify that all the arrangements were in place (flowers, order of service, etc.), to checking the church and cemetery in advance to ensure everything would go smoothly on the day, to taking care of us on the journey to the church, at the church itself, and then at the cemetery afterwards. They were professional, courteous and wonderfully caring throughout.

At a time when a family can often overwhelmed by grief and shock, and unsure about dealing with all the unfamiliar processes and procedures following a bereavement, Hogben & Partis proved to be an outstandingly supportive and professional organisation. I would happily recommend them without reservation.

Recently I have had to arrange my sister's funeral which has been a difficult and emotional time, however Hogben and Partis have been very helpful, respectful and professional as funeral directors, not only with arrangements but also on the day of the funeral. There was added stress as my sister was brought back from London to Kent for her funeral which they dealt with admirably.
Highly recommended.
