All staff were understanding, available, professional, and very knowledgable, and had a sense of humour on the odd occasion when the opportunity arose. They ALWAYS answered the phone within 5 rings when we called, and they were available on email to exchange ideas and draft details. Well done!

As a family we would like to thank Hogben and Partis for the gentle and respectful way in which they guided us through the processes following the death of our mother. In particular we would like to thank Karen for her help and advice in organising the funeral and Jack in his role of funeral director and the visits he made to the church and to the house prior to the funeral to ensure that everything ran as smoothly as possible on the day. The care that we received from them has helped to make a very difficult time much less stressful. Thank you.

My father sadly passed away in January and so I contacted H & B in Faversham. They were the best people ever to have been pretty much my first port of call. Kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable, they guided me through the process step by step, with helpful suggestions and nothing was too much for them. The funeral itself was perfectly managed by the lovely Steve who chatted with my step-mum and cheered her up. They had made arrangements for a wheelchair to meet the limousine for herand despite it being on the day of a huge storm, the service was as smooth as anything. As things go, our step-mum passed away just four months later and we were so reassured to know H & B staff including Karen and Steve pulled out all the stops again. I really feel like they helped my brothers and I through a really tough few months and we are all tremendously grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The family would like to thank Karen, especially for her help and support during this very sad time.

She certainly made the whole process a lot easier to cope with.

On the actual day - Thursday 23 June, 2022 it went very smoothly - there was no rush from the funeral staff and they attended to all our needs without question.

Very clear on what to do always there in person or phone if you need anything.service was excellent nigel read it out clearly and with thought and feeling.young man in charge of the funeral was so nice and helpful couldn't do enough for you (shame I can't remember his name,but his dad was also interested in steam).

Excellent service received from start to finish. Wendy was very helpful at our first meeting. Mark the celebrant was brilliant. Many people after the service commented on how good the service was and Mark's ability to portray my husband even though he didn't know him personally. An excellent contributor to the service.

Would have rated higher. However I would have liked to been able to visit the chapel of rest sooner than I was allowed. Also being chased for the payment to you only3 days after the funeral , when I had explained that Nat West bank was dealing with it for me   Other than that no complaints
