Everyone at Dean Harpers were efficient empathetic and did everything with good humour.  It was a complicated funeral as my uncle died 200 miles away whilst staying with his sister.  Dean Harpers worked with the local funeral director and everything went like clockwork from start to finish.  Thank you all so much, a very professional service to the family.

Extremely caring. At the end of a phone whenever we needed advice & support.
Personal care given, all the stress of the funeral taken away. Even called on the morning of the funeral to reassure me that everything was in place. Greeted me as soon as I arrived at the Crematorium. Checked that I was alright & went through the format of the service. After the funeral I was contacted to ask how I was & talked me through what needed to happen next. Dean and Pauline have been fantastic. All my mother's wishes were carried out & they have looked after me & the family. FANTASTIC. I can't thank them enough. Kind Regards Margaret

Dean and Anna provide an amazing service. They were so kind and helpful at such an awful time. They arranged absolutely everything after listening so carefully to what we wanted. The day of Karl’s funeral ran so smoothly, they thought of every detail and were there to offer support and guidance all the way through. There are no words to express how grateful we were.
