Such lovely caring friendly people. Nothing was too much for them and went above and beyond what they needed to do. Cannot thank them enough for making the day a happy and emotional one instead of it being miserable and morbid. Will recommend them to everyone. So many many thanks once again!

Excellent service from Dean & Pauline. Everything was done with Care, Style & Brilliance from start to finish. 
The funeral day went perfectly , it made a hard day a lot easier knowing they were on hand throughout the funeral.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dean to anyone wanting a caring , professional funeral director.

Dean and his team couldn't have done more to make the end to end experience any better. This was a very difficult time for the family and I and right from the point we first made contact with Dean and the team through to the follow up calls post Mom's funeral, the experience was exceptional. I dealt with Pauline and Dean and honestly they made the whole process feel more manageable. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went off perfectly. This is sadly the second funeral they have conducted for our family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Dean and his team directed the funeral for my Dad 13 years ago, and I knew that when it was my Mum's time, she would be in the best possible hands. From the outset right through to the service itself every detail was managed in the most efficient, compassionate and friendly manner. Although it was a sad day, Dean and his team ensured that it was also a celebration of my Mum's life, and that every aspect of the service and the arrangements went exactly as planned. I could not have wished for a better way for us all to say goodbye, and I will be forever grateful.
