Helped and supported me so much with my fathers funeral arrangements, the funeral was a lovely service , perfect !in fact  thanks to dean and his team , there so helpful thoughtful and compassionate and they go above and beyond to get you through it all I will use these lovely people in the future ! If I need them , they made me feel at ease and they looked after my father wonderfully, couldent of asked for better care ! Highly recommend!! 😀

The first time I had to plan a funeral and I was so worried and stressed I didn't know what to do and what to expect and from the minute I walked in to Dean harpers and speaking to Dean I felt the stress and worry leave me I knew I was going to be ok Dean himself and other staff memebers showed me and my family much care and compassion from the start to the end and done my father so proud I can't put into words how thankful we all are of Dean and staff for making us feel so comfortable and at ease in the sad time of planning my dad's final journey I would 1000% recommend Dean harpers to anyone so from the bottom of my heart thank you so much x

Dean Harper Funeral Directors were excellent from booking the funeral to looking after Kenneth whilst he was resting. The actual funeral ran like clockwork and the staff were extremely respectful throughout.

How grateful we all are for the services Dean Harper provided for our family following the sad death of my husband.
It was a difficult and complicated process but from our first meeting they patiently explained every step for us. They listened carefully to our thoughts, memories and opinions and helped us to weigh up different options, even when we changed our minds. Their meticulous attention to detail and flexible collaboration with our priest at the church helped to make the process of organising the funeral service easier and simpler.
In short, they helped us to navigate a difficult time.
In all their interactions with the family during the time before the funeral and in the chapel of rest they allowed my husband to have the kind of dignity and respect in death that he would have so appreciated, and it meant a lot to all of us.
On the day of the funeral, despite everything having been discussed very clearly we were still surprised by the quality, professionalism and kindness we experienced from beginning to end, even down to an unexpected bouquet of flowers on returning home.
A bereavement and a funeral are never pleasant or easy, but Dean Harper did everything that could have been done to make the process less painful and more meaningful. We are very grateful and inspired by what they have done for us.

Dean Harper has taken care of both our mother and father's funeral arrangements. Everything they wanted went to plan. Dean Harpers were caring and sympathetic throughout.

They kept us fully informed with all arrangements even on the day of their funerals they ensured they contacted us to reconfirm the final arrangements.

They took care of all our personal needs even to the photo on mom and dad's coffins and the donations for their nominated charities.

I would certainly recommend Dean Harper funeral directors again. They work closely to you and guide you through the ups and down tricks and straps cos things are constantly changing.
