Everyone within the team from the lovely ladies in the Pembury office to the drivers and pallbearers were exceptional. The care and respect they showed to my family and I at such a difficult and sad time was very much appreciated by all. I spoke mostly with Millie who I can't thank enough, she came out to see my Aunt as she couldn't get to the office to sort my Uncles funeral and there were many emails back and forth, all were answered promptly and nothing was to much trouble. I would 100% recommend Henry Paul Funerals, thank you for your care, kindness and respect at such a hard and emotional time.

Henry Paul Funerals were excellent.  

It is such a difficult time when arranging a funeral but they took the stress away and were so helpful and guided us through everything.

We had to arrange a limousine at very short notice as our car broke down in the days before the funeral but this was accommodated and organised without any fuss. We would highly recommend them.

Just amazing. We were directed to Henry Paul via a personal recommendation and were told 'they are the best' and it is completely true. They have looked after Mum and I amazingly, perfectly, kindly, wonderfully and thoroughly well. It was so 'easy' to work with them - everything was arranged with perfection. How lovely it is to be cared for by wonderful people such as Millie and Connor and everyone else at Henry Paul. I can't recommend them highly enough. It is so reassuring to be put in the hands of truly caring professionals at this awful time. They go above and beyond expectation. They really care. This is evident in abundance. We were treated with complete respect and dignity from the very first phone call. Everything was handled very sensitively and communication was superb, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Jan in particular was kindness itself - it's a difficult and stressful time but it felt like she took us by the hand and helped us through. Can't recommend highly enough.

From start to finish, we really felt that every effort was made to make sure the entire process was a true reflection of Mum as a person and of how we wished to celebrate her life as well as mourn our loss.
There was no pressure to conform to a standard format and we felt positively coached through the process. We were able to create a ceremony that was unique to Mum and that was beautiful.
There wasn't a single moment of anxiety at any point in the process. We are able to look back on a day that was a beautiful tribute to Mum - Henry Paul Funerals helped us trace the rainbow through the rain.

Millie and all the team were just lovely and I couldn't have wished for Dad to be in better hands. They were very respectful and their dignity towards Dad when they took him into their care was lovely and it made a very sad time just a bit more bearable knowing they would be looking after him. Millie was there every step of the way to make sure things went smoothly. On the day of the funeral, the team were wonderful and I would highly recommend Henry Paul.
