Professional and Sympathetic.

Having not experienced organising a funeral before we needed someone to guide us through the process. After talking to Henry Paul on the phone we felt comfortable with letting them help us with the funeral arrangements.
They led us through the process without any fuss, all emails were replied to within a short period of time and our questions answered promptly. 
On the day of the funeral we were met by Connor and his team. They looked and dressed to a high standard showing respect and dignity when handling the coffin. My Father in Law would have been delighted as were the family attending.

I would thoroughly recommend Henry Paul to look after your funeral arrangements.

From the first meeting, front of house. Millie was kind, gentle and very understanding of our loss. She was compassionate and very knowledgable. On the funeral day it’s self the gentlemen were very respectful, kind , caring and compassionate. Especially the support given to my daughter who wanted to help carry  her fathers coffin on his final journey. The pallbearer walked alongside her  and supported her every step of the way. Your staff are a credit to your family business, and you should be very proud of each and everyone of them. A very big thank you from our family. Xx

Their service was second to none and nothing was to much trouble.
Pauline who took the service was excellent and the day went as well as it could have at such a difficult time for the family.

I used Henry Paul when my father died at the end of last year and as they did such a good job I requested their services again when my mother died at the end of June. On both occasions they were brilliant, explaining everything carefully which was invaluable. I had face to face contact with Millie in Pembury on a number of occasions and with Sean and Gary on the days of the funerals. What could have felt like a conveyor belt routine was made to feel really personal, for which I am incredibly grateful.

Henry Paul have now looked after three of my grandparents and most recently my Grandfather. From the moment you begin the journey with Henry Paul you are met with attentive, empathetic and understanding staff, helping to make this difficult time that little bit easier. Even during COVID, in challenging circumstances, they went above and beyond to make sure my grandfather and our family were looked after. Millie, Connor and all the team at Henry Paul are excellent and we’re so lucky to have such a brilliant and professional family run business close to home.
