Professional, sympathetic, reassuring. All our questions were answered and our minds put to rest. My fathers passing was unexpected so we had nothing in place. The day of the funeral was a beautiful sunny day and all our requests had been met. Connor led my father into his close and back out which I thought was very touching and respectful.The service was just perfect and we were fortunate to have so many people attend. Jan the celebrant remembered my father so well and fully covered his whole life . It was a perfect goodbye.

Every step of the way, my family and I were supported and advised in a very friendly and professional way. Highly recommend all staff; their compassionate approach, in such a challenging time for us as a family , we were made to feel relieved and more relaxed that they carried out all our request for a special Husband,Dad,Grandad and Great Grandad. They couldn’t have done a better job and he had a lovely send off and celebration of his life.

Everyone from Jan who was my first contact to discuss arrangements through to the gentleman, I believe was named Connor, who led the process on the day were professional, courteous and empathic. I had wanted a dignified funeral for my husband and Henry Paul achieved that.

Henry Paul couldn't have been more supportive throughout the difficult process of organising our mum's funeral. They made sure we knew what needed to be done and when, guided us through the decisions which needed to be made along the way and their communication throughout was excellent. They did all this with compassion and understanding and their fantastic service continued on the day of the funeral, where all of the extra marks of respect shown by the pall beavering team at each stage of the process truly touched our hearts.
