Both me did my partner + my mother. Were very pleased with Rianns gold star service .Not just an ordinary undertaker. But an exclusive service. With much kindness patience + understanding. Plus very smooth running + couldn't be more respectful + thoughtful to my brother Philip. Miss Grieves helped greatly to make my brothers funeral as pleasant an experience as possible .considering it was very upsetting at times to say goodbye to him physically on this earth. After having known him for many years. This is the first funeral within my family that we have had to arrange. My Dad was really special to us all and we wanted a fitting tribute to his passing. We couldn't have wished for a better funeral director following my mother's recent passing. From first contact, Rhian was the consumate professional. Her experience was invaluable in guiding and organising everything from the Church and crematorium, order of service, music, cars through to the memorial stone and internment service. She made a difficult time much easier. We felt we and Mum received a much more personal service than if we had used one of the out of town funeral directors. My sisters and I would wholeheartedly recommend Rhian's services.
