We are really pleased with the support that we received from R.Greaves. This was the first time we have had to go through this process for a close family member and R Greaves were with us every step of the way to make the process go as well as it can at a difficult time.
They helped us provide a lovely send off and nothing was too much trouble, they also showed attention to detail to help the service be personal.

From the outset Rhian & Eleanor were very attentive, sympathetic and highly professional during what was a sad and difficult time.

Eleanor was a great support and ensured that the process was as comfortable and easy as possible and fully supported myself, my father and family throughout the entire process and stated clearly what needed to happen.

Everything was well organised including the recommended celebrant, Inga, who conducted and presented a very personalised service at the crematorium. The recommended florist made a beautiful 'Garden' spray for the coffin which my mother would have loved and truly represented her passion for gardening.

There were thoughtful follow up calls and we were updated regularly.

Absolutely couldn’t fault the service provided by Eleanor. She directed Mums funeral and as expected everything went like clockwork. Eleanor instils confidence in you that everything will be sorted and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend- can’t think of any improvements they could make.

After the death of my mother in law, a few years ago, we persuaded my parents to take out a prepaid funeral plan through Rhian. On the recent death of my father, it was much less stressful, knowing the funeral was paid for and he had a hand in the planning. I would highly recommend R Greaves & Co, at what is a very stressful and emotional time, Rhian's calm, understanding and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude is greatly appreciated.

Rhian got to my Dad before he was sick for the last time and knew his wishes for the funeral. The funeral went as planned and all his wishes were fulfilled. She followed up after the service. Watching the funeral on a webcast made all the difference as we were so far from the event and brought us closer. Well done!

Rhian Greaves is a wonderful support in the hardest of times always very professional and provides all the information and any extra she thinks we may need to know, which we found made us feel that we were in safe hands!
Unfortunately my family has had to use the services provided twice in the last two years. Having said that We as a family would highly recommend Greaves funeral director and feel that it is Rhian herself who makes the experience the best one .

 This was the first funeral I’ve had to arrange and  both Rhian and Eleanor made the whole experience bearable. Both were very kind, helpful and sympathetic. 

Special mention must also go to the driver of the hearse who  got us to the crematorium during a heavy snow storm. Thank you all.
