My wife’s death and the need to organise a funeral caused me and my family  a lot of worry and concern.  Rhian and her team lifted much of that from our shoulders.  They were very professional and efficient throughout.
At our meetings Rhian was pleasant and helpful; the service was carried out exactly as we had asked. 
Everything on the day went smoothly so that a very traumatic experience was made much more bearable.

Rhian is a very professional lady. She is so easy to talk to. It made us feel relaxed seeing a warm smiling face at the crematorium. Thanks to Rhian we were able to use the Webcam facilities at Shrewsbury Crem which enabled our very ill brother in a Care Home to see his mother's funeral live. Our brother and sister in Australia were also able to view it live too. This made such a big difference to the day knowing that they were part of it even though they weren't there. Thank you so much Rhian.
