Second time using Kendricks and both times have been treated with empathy and professionalism. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Jeni is a credit to the company and the guys who drove Mom to the crematorium on the day of the funeral were polite and professional, explaining clearly what would happen and when.

Both my family and my deceased husband were treated with respect and dignity. Beautiful service by Pastor Jill. Tony treated me as family and was very patient with me. Dave the driver was so kind holding my hand as I walked behind my husbands coffin. I cannot praise this business enough. Thank you all

When my dad passed away, we had no idea where to start. Everything was explained and guided so clearly, which made things much easier for us at such a difficult time.

The service was carried out beautifully, and the flowers were just right — simple, respectful, and very fitting for him. We’re very thankful for the care and thoughtfulness shown throughout the whole process.

Having never had the responsibility of arranging the funeral of a loved one before, not to mention the utter devastation that accompanies it. I have to say, JVK - specifically Tony - made the process as painless as possible. And, while I hope anyone reading this review never has to experience the pain of needing their services, should you do, I could not recommend them enough.

From the day Mom passed to picking up the ashes, we were handled with the utmost care and gentleness. They made sure we understood exactly what would happen when and guided us in what we needed to do; always with patience and respect.
They helped give Mom a send off worthy of a live well llived.

Can't thank the whole team enough, so professional and caring and nothing too much trouble, special thanks to Linda, who not only helped us arrange mom's funeral and made a very sad difficult time a lot easier, but also looked after us in their lounge afterwards, the catering was delicious and plenty of it.
