We have unfortunately used your services twice in the last 4 months the customer service and up to the funeral is excellent. The people who promptly received the bodies, Trevor at the Stourbridge Office and the Officials at the actual funerals are exemplary and the family are very grateful

I don't even know where to begin. The service and compassion received from both Trevor and Jenny was second to none. From the outset nothing was too much trouble for them. The care and compassion shown to myself, my brother and my children was wonderful. We entrusted our late mum into the care of Kendricks and it was simply the best decision that we made. Our mum was treated with respect and dignity which is all we could have wished for. Kevin, our Director for the day of Mum's funeral was beyond any words. His true compassion and empathy shown to us as a family was just beautiful. Nothing at all was too much trouble. The little things that made all of the difference are something that we will remember for many years to come. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us through these difficult times. We will be eternally grateful xxx

As a family we have used J Vernon Kendrick 5 times over the last 6 years and can honestly say the service given, at a very sad time, is second to none. From the office staff to the dedicated team given to you to coordinate your wishes for your loved one, nothing is too much trouble. We would like to mention one person in particular, Dan Kendrick, this gentleman goes above and beyond, his attention to detail is fantastic, even ensuring his staff were wearing a blue tie to match funeral mourners on one occasion. We do not hesitate to highly recommend this family business.
