He dealt with everything and more taking the pressure off our family in this very emotional time.

Very caring and supportive at a sad time. Tim made time, at short notice, to meet our family to arrange our Father's funeral, especillay appreciated as our family are spread across the southern counties.
No time was a problem for visiting Dad to say farewell at the funeral home and Tim made sure everyone's needs were met.
The funeral itself was exactly as we wished it to be, and Tim and his team were very courteous and respectful throughout and this confirmed that we chose an excellent funeral director.

Highly recommended.
Tim was amazing.  My father died suddenly.  
The funeral was postponed due to a couple of important family remembers going on a holiday to Australia for three weeks.
Tim I can't thank you enough.  You eliminated any pressure on the family.  You dealt in a professional and sensitive way, reassuring us that everything would be taken care of.  You were true to your word.

Tim was so amazing when managing the funeral of my sister. He is very much, a caring person and nothing was to much trouble for him as he dealt with everything we we needed to make the day especially memorable.  Clearly someone with extensive experience in dealing with these situations; Tim always conducted himself with empathy and professionalism at all times.

The whole family would like to thank Tim for his tremendous support, compassion and kindness shown to us during this terrible time. Tim took a lot of the organising off our hands and made the whole process as smooth and easy on the family as possible. We trusted that Tim had the family's best interests at heart and for him to care for our loved one. Tim put us in contact with some lovely people including A&T Cooper Florist who were very helpful and Peter White who conducted a beautiful ceremony exactly to the family's wishes. On the day Tim and his team were true professionals showing respect and courtesy, they even planned a lovely route for us to drive to the Crematorium in procession. We would definitely recommend Tim and his team. Thank you so much.

Excellent service very efficient. Tim made you feel that a great weight had been lifted from our shoulders, he dealt with every little thing that we asked and explained in full what would happen, he arranged a beautiful service, the flowers and someone to officiate. Tim looked after the whole family from the outset, he was both compassionate and professional guiding us through the difficult decisions that were necessary with respect and sensitivity. When you need help, Tim Mathews is the man to call on. He made my mum and dad's funeral a work of art, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Give your loved ones the send off they deserve, you won't get better than Tim.

The level of service and attention to detail that we received from Tim was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. I was impressed from the outset when Tim came to my home to discuss the arrangements. This visit was followed up with regular phone calls to ensure that everything was in place for the service and that I and the family were happy with arrangements. On the day of the funeral, family and friends were treated with the utmost respect and the whole day was dealt with sensitively.
